Each Event takes place at First Baptist Church, 255 Woolwich St.

Come learn bread basics and start your own sourdough starter. You will also have the opportunity to take home a loaf of bread to bake along with recipes for successful bread baking at home. Katie Franks is a homeschool mom of 4, born and raised right here in Guelph. Having trained at The Stratford chef school she is a certified red seal chef with many years experience as a baker at With The Grain. Equipment to bring: a glass jar for sourdough starter to take home and a medium stainless steel mixing bowl.
