Love That Moves Towards Justice
Scripture: Isaiah 58:6–10; John 13:1–17
God’s love does not remain abstract. It bends low. It feeds the hungry, loosens injustice, and washes feet. Isaiah reminds us that true worship is inseparable from justice, and Jesus embodies this truth by kneeling before his friends.
Service is not about saving others or proving faithfulness. It is about aligning our lives with the movement of God’s love in the world…especially toward those most harmed by systems of power.
Practice: Take one step toward justice this week without seeking recognition. Do one act of radical empathy. Let it be small and faithful.
Prayer: God of justice, move my hands toward love. Amen.
