Why Bikes not Bibles?

In 2019 the Mexican-Jamaican Mission Project received 3500 Bibles (3000 in Spanish and 500 in English) from the Christian Aid Ministries.  Bikes allow the migrant workers to have independence and freedom to leave the farm.  The bikes are greatly valued and appreciated and remain in Canada to be used each returning year.
Currently more than 14 churches and 200 volunteers participate in the project with serving food, transporting the workers, giving English lessons, clothes and bikes, and providing medical assistance.  The CBOQ and South Central Association of Baptist Churches provide grants for this ministry.
The areas currently served are around Scotland, Burford, Simcoe, Delhi, Brantford, Thornbury and new in 2020, Leamington.

Donations of good, used adult bikes are welcome!
